Day 1 : ARRIVE DELHIOn arrival at Delhi airport, meet your tour manager in the arrival lounge who will assist you to transfer to the hotel where you will receive a traditional welcome. Stay two nights. Day 2 : DELHIEnjoy breakfast followed by a briefing before starting the full day sightseeing of Delhi. Visit Jama Masjid, Qutab Minar, India Gate, Asia’s largest spice market and explore Chandni Chowk bazaar by rickshaw. BREAKFAST AND DINNER Day 3 : DELHI - JAIPURAfter breakfast, travel through the colourful countryside to Jaipur. This afternoon we enjoy some shopping at the local bazaar in Choti Chopper located inside the walled city. Stay two nights. BREAKFAST AND DINNER Day 4 : JAIPURStart a full-day sightseeing tour with an excursion to the majestic Amber Fort, constructed from yellow and pink sandstone and gleaming white marble. Back in the city, photo stop at Hawa Mahal or Palace of Winds. At the City Palace Museum, our knowledgeable guide will enhance your tour of its extensive and carefully curated collection including miniature paintings, ancient weapons and traditional Rajasthani royal costumes. You’ll also visit Jantar Mantar, an observatory built in 1726, to measure time, predict eclipses and track the movements of the stars and planet. BREAKFAST AND DINNER Day 5 : JAIPUR - RANTHAMBOREToday we head to Ranthambhore National Park, one of the most famous tiger reserves in Rajasthan. Evening free to explore the narrow streets of this small town. Stay two nights. BREAKFAST AND DINNER Day 6 : RANTHAMBOREWake up early in the morning and prepare for the first game drive at 6:00 – 9:30 am kindly check with the reception if there is any change in time. Enjoy the national park travelling in a canter with an estimated area of 400sq Km of this amazing reserve. The park is dotted with steep rocky hills and the dominating architecture of Ranthambore Fort (built in the 10th century), adds to its landscape. The rugged park terrain alternates between dry deciduous forest, open grassy meadow, dotted by several lakes and rivers that are only made passable by rough roads built and maintained by the Forest Service. The tiger is not the only attraction at Ranthambore although it is the one park resident that people come to see. A variety of birds including Owlets, the ubiquitous Langur (monkey), Leopard, Caracal, Hyena, Jackal, Jungle Cat, marsh Crocodiles, Wild Boar, Bears and various species of Deer are the other attractions. Return to the hotel at approximately around 9:30 am and have your breakfast. Later enjoy another game drive to National Park in afternoon commencing from 1430 Hrs, Return to hotel post-safari. Stay overnight in Ranthambore. BREAKFAST AND DINNER Day 7 : RANTHAMBORE - AGRAWe make our way for the last leg of our journey to Agra, en-route visit Keoladeo Ghana bird sanctuary, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Enjoy a rickshaw ride to see several species of Indian and international migratory birds. Post-visit continues with a drive to Agra and stay two nights in Agra. BREAKFAST AND DINNER Day 8 : AGRAAn early start to visit the Taj Mahal, the world's greatest monument of love and devotion with its superb craftsmanship of semi-precious stones inlaid in the marble in beautiful patterns, a process known as pietra dura. After breakfast visit the impressive 16th century Agra Fort. Conclude the day with visit a marble inlay workshop to see remaining artisans creating a masterpiece with marble and precious gemstones. BREAKFAST AND DINNER Day 9 : AGRA - LUCKNOWAfter breakfast travel to Lucknow. Known as ’The City of Nawabs’ and is an intriguing blend of old-world charm, beautiful architecture, warm hospitality, and rich heritage. The city has carved a niche by attracting gastronomes, for the want of discovering and re-discovering the Awadhi Cuisine. This is the place that has a full colony of chefs called, ‘Bawarchi Tola’ and also the full street, where one can find the best from Lucknow’s very own traditional kitchens. In the evening enjoy a walking food tour which allows you to hop-in, hop-out of the world-famous traditional roadside eateries. Stay two nights. BREAKFAST AND DINNER Day 10 : LUCKNOWEnjoy a city sightseeing tour and visit Bada Imambara, a famous monument of Lucknow, Government Museum. In the afternoon visit a chikan workshop that will mesmerise you as you watch skilled workers delicately working in unique styles and stitches on very light cotton cloths. Also, take a leisure walk in Hazrat Ganj and Aminabad local bazaar. BREAKFAST AND DINNER Day 11 : LUCKNOW - VARANASITravel to Varanasi, the abode of Lord Shiva and Parvati, the origins of Varanasi are yet unknown. Be guided to the Dashashwamedh Ghat and witness the breath-taking evening Ganga Aarti ceremony (oil lamp prayer). Stay two nights in Varanasi. BREAKFAST AND DINNER Day 12 : VARANASIStart your day with a heritage walk and sunrise boat ride on river Ganges. Witness the people of Hindu faith, ritually bathing in the river, for it is believed as per Hindu mythology that bathing in the holy river of Ganga causes the remission of sins and facilitates the attainment of nirvana. Return to hotel for breakfast followed by city tour and then take an excursion to Sarnath where Lord Buddha preached his first sermon at the deer park after his enlightenment. Sarnath is one of the four holy Buddhist sites sanctioned by the Buddha himself for pilgrimage. Sarnath is one of the richest in Buddhist antiquities ranging in date from the times of Ashoka down to the 12th century A.D Ashoka, who built here the Dharmarajika Stupa and near it erected a pillar surmounted by the magnificent capital of four adorned Lions, which today forms the national emblem of India. Later we explore the silk weaving village observing the art of silk weaving and shop for beautiful souvenirs. BREAKFAST AND DINNER Day 13 : VARANASI - DELHIAfter breakfast transfer to board your flight to Delhi. The remainder of the day is free to explore or go shopping. Stay overnight. BREAKFAST AND DINNER Day 14 : DELHI - KATHMANDUTransfer to the airport to board a flight to Kathmandu. Upon arrival you will be met and assisted by our executive in the arrival lounge followed by an assisted transfer to the designated hotel for an overnight stay. BREAKFAST AND DINNER Day 15 : KATHMANDU - CHITWANAfter breakfast travel to Chitwan. Chitwan National Park is the first national park in Nepal. Formerly called Royal Chitwan National Park it was established in 1973 and granted the status of a World Heritage Site in 1984. Chitwan is one of the few remaining undisturbed vestiges of the Terai region, which formerly extended over the foothills of Nepal. BREAKFAST AND DINNER Day 16 : CHITWAN NATIONAL PARKAfter breakfast, enjoy wildlife safari. Experience rich wildlife, lush grasslands and spectacular sight of rare species of bird and animals such as one-horned rhinoceros, leopard, bear, wild boar, deer, bison and wild crocodiles in their natural habitat. Afternoon walk around the nearby village to witness the daily life of the locals. BREAKFAST AND DINNER Day 17 : CHITWAN - KATHMANDUEarly morning drive back to Kathmandu. Half day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu visiting the 5th century-old Pashupatinath temple, one of the largest Boudhanath stupa, Swayambhunath temple and the famous Durbar Square. BREAKFAST AND DINNER Day 18 : KATHMANDUEnjoy an excursion to Patan and Bhaktapur to witness a treasure of ancient Newari architecture and arts. Bhaktapur is an ancient Newar town in the east corner of the Kathmandu Valley. Bhaktapur is listed as a World Heritage by UNESCO for its rich culture, temples, and wood, metal and stone artwork.
