Day 2: NEGOMBO – ANURADHAPURA – SIGIRIYA (B)This morning drive to the ancient city of Anuradhapura including visits to the Ruwanwelimaha Seya, the great stupa of Lanka, and the Jaya Sri Maha Bodhiya, one of the oldest trees in the world. Behold the serene beauty of the Samadhi Buddha Statue.
Overnight in Sigiriya. Day 3: SIGIRIYA – POLONNARUWA – SIGIRIYA (B)Drive to the UNESCO World Heritage city of Polonnaruwa, home to some of the best-preserved ruins of ancient Ceylon. End the day with a scenic boat ride on Parakrama Samudraya.
Overnight in Sigiriya. Day 4: SIGIRIYA (B)Visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress, referred to by locals as the Eighth Wonder of the World. This ancient palace and fortress complex has significant archaeological importance.
Overnight in Sigiriya. Day 5: SIGIRIYA – DAMBULLA – KANDY (B)Travel to the Sacred City of Kandy. En route, visit the Spice Garden in Matale and enjoy a Sri Lankan cooking demonstration. In the evening, visit the Gem Museum and the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic.
Overnight in Kandy. Day 6: KANDY – NUWARA ELIYA (B)Morning city tour of Kandy including Upper Lake Drive, Market Square, and the Arts & Crafts Centre. Visit Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya. Later, take a scenic train ride to Nuwara Eliya – "Little England" of Sri Lanka.
Overnight in Nuwara Eliya. Day 7: NUWARA ELIYA (B)Morning sightseeing of Nuwara Eliya. Learn the traditional tea plucking process and enjoy a cup of authentic Ceylon Tea amidst scenic backdrops.
Overnight in Nuwara Eliya. Day 8: NUWARA ELIYA – NANU OYA – ELLA – YALA (B)Transfer to Nanu Oya railway station for a stunning train journey to Ella, a serene mountain village. From Ella, continue by road to Yala.
Overnight in Yala. Day 9: YALA (B)Enjoy both morning and afternoon jeep safaris in Yala National Park, home to leopards, elephants, wild boars, sloth bears, crocodiles, and diverse birdlife.
Overnight in Yala. Day 10: YALA – GALLE (B)Drive to Galle and explore the historic Galle Dutch Fort, one of the best-preserved colonial sea fortresses in South Asia.

Overnight in Galle. Day 12: GALLE – COLOMBO (B)Visit Madu Ganga for a boat ride through the mangroves, then stop at a Turtle Hatchery before continuing to Colombo.
Overnight in Colombo. Day 13: COLOMBO (B)Take a morning city tour of Colombo including Fort area, Sea Street, Hindu Temple, Dutch Church of Wolfendhal, and Independence Square. Afternoon at leisure.
